Common Computer Quick Check

Computer plugged into an outlet
- Check network and all electrical connections
- Are you logged into the network or just the internet?
- Restart/Reboot computer
Printer Quick Check
- Have you cleaned the cartridge heads?
- Check to ensure the ink cartridge is not empty
- Check connections between printer and computer
- Make sure the printer is plugged in to an outlet and turned on.
- If you have changed printers - your may need the proper print driver.
- Restart/Reboot computer.
