S & S Technology

"The mission of S & S CISD is to serve the educational needs of the community by developing and implementing quality programs which challenge students to achieve their potential to become contributing, informed citizens capable of meeting the needs of a changing world." The goals and objectives, as well as the mission and vision for technology are aligned with those set by the Board for our District. We have also designed the plan to reflect the efforts of the Graduate Profile.

Technology has created a new teaching and learning paradigm for all students. The skilled integration of technology has made active, process-oriented learning a reality in classrooms across the district. We must continue to utilize technology as a vehicle to enhance learning in the school setting and to link community resources to form a challenging, reality-based learning environment. As a result of an on-going collaboration with stakeholder groups, we remain committed to the district technology goals.
